Join us to bring the gift of health to life.----Critical Success factors for this role:--A Customer-Centric Approach that demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels and providing comprehensive education and training support.--Technical Proficiency and exhibits proficiency across diverse IT domains, enabling the assessment of complex issues and the formulation of value-driven solutions tailored to the site's needs.--Business Process understanding and possesses a deep understanding of the manufacturing site's business processes, facilitating clear communication with stakeholders across all organizational levels.--Participates collaboratively promoting interaction across the organization, cultivating strong working relationships across various IT functions.--Possesses a Value-Driven Approach and proactively seeks opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline operations while optimizing costs, driving continuous improvement initiatives across IT solutions.----Responsibilities:--Spearhead site Technical Support through technical analysis and support of initiatives across all organizational tiers, demonstrating a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to ensure client satisfaction across diverse networking, hardware, software, and web-based environments.--Support the broadest range of facility based IT equipment, including but not limited to network equipment, thin client terminals, audio visual equipment throughout the site and conference rooms, printers, and cabling--Use troubleshooting methodologies to systematically document and refine actionable Knowledgebase articles, empowering users through self-service solutions.--Participate in facility-based project planning as needed and aid and train users on proper use of technology----Understand and work with interfaces between systems and software, collaborating closely with team members to assess requirements and devise action plans aligned with overarching IT objectives.--Install, configure, and maintain networks, operating systems, and software applications with precision, ensuring seamless functionality and reliability.--Diagnose and resolve issues through meticulous interaction with functional partners, thoroughly understanding challenges to provide comprehensive solutions.--Ensure timely communication with customers regarding changes, problems, and issue resolution, fostering transparency and trust.--Develop and deliver tailored training materials to facilitate the proper usage of technical assets, empowering users and maximizing system efficacy.--Regularly monitor the performance of technical systems, proactively addressing issues to maintain optimal functionality and minimize disruptions.--Performs other related duties as assigned.----Minimum Qualifications:--Education:--Bachelors in computer science, Information System or related fields, or equivalent work experience.----Certification:--Professional certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, CISA a plus.----Experience:--Minimum of 3 years of experience in advanced client, server, and network troubleshooting experience.--Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting end-user devices.--Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting applications across various business functions such as ERP, manufacturing, and supply chain systems.------Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:--Client, server, network troubleshooting experience--Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on client machines. Network problems, devices such as printers, barcode scanners, digital signage, supporting end-user devices.--Proficient in MS Office applications.--Technical skills to provide guidance to other analysts, developers and engineers.--Possesses ability to learn and work on changing and emerging technologies.--Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and supporting enterprise manufacturing environments.--Develops action plans to solve tactical problems while implementation processes to minimize future occurrences.----Proven ability to provide technical expertise and creative solutions while aligned to organizational objectives and customer needs.--Ability to explain issues and fixes in manner understood by all levels of user knowledge.--Proven ability to lead and provide guidance to contractors and co-workers.--Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.--Occasional afterhours or weekend implementations and support escalation activities--Effective verbal and written communications.------Physical Requirements:--General office environment, ability to sit for long periods of time.-- Ability to move about an office.--Support office, warehouse and manufacturing sites--On location, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)----Environment:--Exposure to disagreeable elements is negligible.----Safety:--The incumbent must be able to perform this job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.------Supervisory Responsibility:--Incumbent will not have direct supervisory responsibility of staff.----OUR OFFERHere, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist -- you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to.
