Position SummaryAs Human Resources Generalist this individual must have knowledge of HR duties including hiring, onboarding, leaves, HRIS and reporting. This individual will help with administering leaves and workers--- compensation, unemployment claims, and HRIS entry. They will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. At a time of tremendous change and operational advancement, the company is ripe for unprecedented growth.Vision: To be the premier partner for acute care medical practicesValuesExcellence We deliver exceptional resultsInnovation We re-imagine what could beIntegrity We always do the right thingService We go the extra mile every timeJob Duties--- Administer Leaves of Absence and Worker---s Compensation programs--- Administer Unemployment Insurance--- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes--- Assist with employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives--- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any general issues that may arise--- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace--- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates--- Organize and track probationary and annual employee performance reviews--- Assist in maintenance and process improvements of HRIS and timekeeping system.--- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form--- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities--- Ensure compliance with labor regulations--- Onboarding/offboarding--- Offer letters--- New hire orientation--- Exit interviews--- 30-60-90 days new hire follow-up--- Recruiting--- Unemployment--- Input into ADP/updating SharePoint--- Other HR dutiesKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities--- Knowledge of employment/labor laws --- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus --- Excellent Communication and people skills --- Aptitude in problem-solvingEducation & Experience Requirements--- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures--- Four years human resources experience--- Aptitude in problem-solving--- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach--- BS/BA in Business administration or relevant field--- ADP experience a plusAppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
