The Patient Services Representative will be working in a call center where they will be answering patient calls, answering questions regarding patient billing, benefits plans, EOB explanation, identifying patients' deductibles, co-insurance, explaining payment plans, taking credit card payments, and documenting all calls. The Patient Services Representative must have insurance experience (specifically knowing the difference between HMO and PPO), ability to multitask effectively and great customer service. The Patient Services Representatives will be offered Medical benefits, sick time off and 401K retirement.
