If so, please read on!The Customer Service Representative II / Banking position earns a competitive wage of $18.21 to $20.00/hour, depending on experience. We treat our employees like family and celebrate their achievements, while still supporting each other in challenging times.As a Customer Service Representative II / Banking, you provide quality member service by staying current on Credit Union services and products, and proactively educate members on Credit Union products and service using product knowledge and rapport dialogue. Applying knowledge and complying with all Credit Union regulations, systems, bylaws, policies, and procedures, you process new accounts, account closures, CD renewals and other account maintenance. With your ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment, you assist with complex inquiries and problem resolution. Using good interpersonal and cross-selling skills, you effectively communicate how the available account types benefit members/applicants and assist them in the selection of the most appropriate one for their needs, recognizing and generating cross-sell opportunities for Credit Union growth and retention. With customer service and banking experience, you provide quality member service via mail, phone, email, fax, and other channels. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of banking and customer service experience, cross-selling experience, IRA knowledge, initiative, judgment and tact in dealing with customer/employee problems, and PC/Windows-based software experience with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets. Advanced credit union knowledge, Episys/Synergy/Synapsys experience, MS Word and Excel, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are all preferred.Work Schedule: You must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm; Saturday (rotating), 8:45am to 1:30pm (flexible 40 hours per week).If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply today!
