Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed data analysis for budgeting and forecasting within
a real estate portfolio
Generate and analyze monthly and quarterly reports, assisting in
budget corrections
Support the development of efficient reporting strategies and
maintain team data collection
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 4 years of relevant experience
Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in accounting
applications
Experience with Big Data tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and
Power Pivot
Demonstrated financial competency at a detailed operational
level
