All online transactions are processed on our secure servers. We guarantee your privacy. Please note that your credit card will show a charge from our parent company, Recruiter Media Inc..

What can I do to protect my privacy ?

CovinaRecruiter.com is one of the most secure and privacy-sensitive job boards on the internet. We require an email address when posting a job or resume, but that address remains hidden and is never made available to the public. Instead, other users contact you by filling out a form on our site, which then automatically sends you an email.

To further increase your privacy, be sure to remove all personal information from your posting that you don't want made visible to other users or search engines. This may include your email address, postal address, phone number, etc. Our secure payment processing system uses 128-bit encryption so you always know your credit card information is secure.

What does an effective job posting look like?

Job postings vary in terms of creativity, content, and form, but all effective job postings share these common characteristics:

Description: Let candidates know what the job responsibilities are, what the work environment is, and what the expectations are. This will cut down on the number of unqualified responses you get.

Requirements: Clearly state the minimum level of experience you are looking for. If you need someone with 5+ years of experience, include that in your posting. Avoid remarks that show favoritism towards specific individuals, such as qualifications of race, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, etc. We are not responsible for individual postings on this site, but flagrant or disrespectful postings will be removed without refund.

Duration of position, location, and salary range: Once again, this will provide candidates with more specifics of the position, limiting the amount of unqualified replies you receive.

Contact Information: The most dynamic, attractive job posting is worthless if interested parties don't know how to contact you. This is a public forum, so personal contact information should be posted with caution, but at the very minimum you should post a contact email address. Postings containing objective language will be removed at our discretion.

How long will my job(s) remain posted on the site?

Jobs remain posted for 30 days. If the position remains open after this -day period, you may renew the position by completing the posting process again.

 

Will I receive resumes directly from candidates?

Interested candidates will reply to your posting via the email address you provide. You can also search our resume database and contact candidates directly. Please do NOT contact any individual for any purpose other than to discuss specific job opportunities.

Can I edit my postings?

You can edit your postings by logging in to your account. You can also delete your postings, or feature them on the homepage. You member's page allows you to track all of your postings.

Do you pay a fee to recruitment advertising agencies?

At this time, all of our prices are net, but we are open to negotiating custom commission rates with recognized agencies. Please contact us before making a purchase, so we can discuss the best possible package for your client.

How do I unsubscribe/cancel/stop receiving job alerts via email?

To unsubscribe/cancel/stop receiving job email alerts, please log in to your account. Look for the "My alerts" section. Click the "delete" link next to the job alert you'd like to cancel.

How do I edit my resume?

To edit your resume, please log-in to your account. Look for the "My resumes" section. Click the "edit" button next to the resume you'd like to edit.

Can I use HTML in my post?

I'm currently employed. What should I do to be sure that my boss doesn't know I'm looking for a new job?

The best way to minimize the chance of this happening is to increase the confidentiality of your resume. Remove all personal information from your resume, and refer to past employers as 'confidential'.

How long will my resume be posted?

Your resume will remain posted for one year, unless you delete it before then.

How will interested employers contact me?

Most employers will contact you via email, but if you chose to provide your phone number they may give you a call as well.

Will I be able to edit my resume once it has been posted?

Yes. To edit your resume, simply log-in to your account. You can post multiple versions of your resume for free.
