Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage incentive compensation plans for US-based customer-facing employees
Provide analytics on sales incentives results and support the evaluation of sales incentive programs
Build relationships with commercial business partners and drive continuous improvement in reporting and insights

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in incentive compensation or commercial analytical roles
1+ years' experience with Sales Performance Management tools
2+ years of experience driving commercial/sales process improvement
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or information technology preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com and pharmaceutical data preferred
