A company is looking for a Clinical Performance Auditor -
CDI.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct record reviews to identify best practice process
improvement opportunities
Analyze review data and create summary presentations for
communication of results
Engage with teams to provide feedback on record reviews and develop
education on clinical concepts
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RN)
3-5 years of experience in a clinical documentation integrity (CDI)
role
Preferred experience as a CDI Specialist with knowledge of medical
record coding and healthcare billing
5+ years of clinical experience in an acute care environment
Self-starter with strong analytical and presentation skills
