Job Description:
As the Accounting Consultant you are responsible for accounting,
internal and external financial reporting and reporting for the
company, its subsidiaries and joint ventures. Duties and
responsibilities: Manages and directs accounting personnel Directs
the internal and external financial reporting for the company
Provides accounting interpretation and application for the company
to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
Oversees the accounting for purchases and sales Oversees the
accounting for joint ventures Oversee consolidation of subsidiaries
and interests in joint ventures Communicates accounting department
interests and performs accounting services and other miscellaneous
duties as needed or assigned
