We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the escrow process while helping ensure a smooth and positive closing experience for every client. What You’ll Do • Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, preparing documents, disbursements, and follow-up • Communicate with customers throughout the escrow process • Interpret agreements related to escrow closings • Use technology to support transactions and deliver a strong customer experience What You’ll Bring • Positive, professional, customer-focused mindset • Strong communication and organizational skills • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn • Team-oriented and collaborative • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems • High school diploma or equivalent • 2 years of escrow-related experience preferred Why CV Escrow • 20 years serving the Coachella Valley • Leadership that understands escrow • Supportive, team-first environment • Boutique culture backed by First American’s stability and benefits Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
