$38 - $50 per hour A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic, highly
organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant. This is an exciting
opportunity for a seasoned professional to provide high-level
administrative support to our executive team, while also
contributing to project management, donor outreach, and using
Salesforce. This role requires an individual who can handle a wide
range of tasks, from managing schedules and coordinating travel to
assisting with special projects and events. If you thrive in a

Executive Assistant has experience or passion supporting a
nonprofit leader, as well as donor outreach experience, has event
planning and/or fundraising/gala event experience and Salesforce
experience. The Executive Assistant role is on-site and also
requires someone with an entrepreneurial attitude and can go with
the flow. This is an amazing organization who is going through a
lot of growth over the next few years This role is paid hourly and
does have overtime, as well as bonuses (mostly not included above)!

dollar up to 6%. Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Provide
comprehensive administrative support to the executive team,
including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and organizing
meetings and events. 2. Assist with project management tasks,
including planning, coordinating, and tracking progress of
projects. 3. Conduct donor outreach, including communicating with
donors, managing donor databases, and assisting with fundraising
efforts. 4. Use Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track
sales, and generate reports. 5. Handle confidential information
with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality and
professionalism. 6. Assist with the preparation of business
presentations, reports, and other documents. 7. Liaise with other
departments and teams to ensure smooth operation of activities and
processes. 8. Perform other duties as assigned to support the
executive team. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of
experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, or in a
similar role. 2. Proven experience in project management and donor
outreach. 3. Proficiency in using Salesforce or equivalent CRM
software. 4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to
detail. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think
strategically. 8. Ability to handle sensitive information with the
highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. 9. Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook. 10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or
