Job Description Job Description Account Manager/Customer Service Representative needed for fast growing company in Chatsworth • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Assist customers with all aspects of the order and production process. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback. Must have excellent customer service skills along with great communication via phone, email and other forms. Will be: Quoting to clients, order processing Must be: Computer savvy, accurate data entry and understand that the customer comes first.
