Job Description:
A company is looking for a Freelance Community Coordinator
(weekends).
Key Responsibilities
Engage with user-generated content and serve as the brand's voice
on social media platforms
Monitor and respond to Instagram DMs and comments, flagging
concerns to the social team
Upload and post approved content, and provide recaps for the social
team
Required Qualifications
3+ years of active experience with social media, particularly
Instagram and TikTok
Strong understanding of the brand and ability to represent its
voice
Highly organized with a customer/community-first mentality
Available to work 2 hours per day on weekdays and up to 10 hours on
weekends
Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a
plus
