Upland, CA (meet at shop, ride out in company truck) About the role
We’re hiring an experienced termite wood repair crewman who can
produce clean, professional repairs and understands that finish
quality matters. We replace termite-damaged wood and we paint all
completed repairs , so attention to detail and pride in workmanship
are huge here. Pay is based on experience level productivity . We
stay busy and run a respectful, professional crew. Schedule Typical
start: 7:30am at our shop , then head to jobs in a company truck
Scheduled as an 8-hour shift Some days may start as early as 6:00am
depending on job location Occasional work after 4:00pm as needed
(overtime opportunities) What you’ll do Perform termite-related
wood repairs, including: Fascia and trim replacement Roof sheathing
replacement Removal of damaged wood and installation of new
material Work safely on ladders and boom lifts as needed Prep,
prime, and paint repairs to a clean finished look (painting
experience is a plus) Keep job sites clean and professional (we
work around homeowners and real estate clients) Complete paperwork
for your portion of jobs as needed (job notes, materials,
sign-offs, etc.) Follow company operating protocols and safety
procedures Requirements (must-have) Proven experience with
fascia/trim and roof sheathing replacement Comfortable working at
heights on ladders and boom lifts Ability to lift 75 lbs Clean DMV
record (required for insurance) Valid driver’s license (you’ll ride
out from the shop in a company truck) Reliable, punctual, and able
to follow protocols Able to complete basic job paperwork accurately
Preferred (nice-to-have) Strong painting skills (wood
filling/patching, caulking, matching, clean finish) Termite/wood
repair background Finish carpentry experience By applying to this
