opportunities. Job Details Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day
customer service operations and ensure top-tier client support
Monitor and drive customer satisfaction metrics and service-level
agreements (SLAs) Manage escalations, resolve client concerns, and
collaborate with internal departments Coach, support, and assist in
training customer service team members Interpret data and reports
to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement Ensure
compliance with appraisal-related regulations and industry best
practices Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and
appraisal partners Qualifications: 3 years of experience in
customer service or operations management Previous experience in
the appraisal, mortgage, or real estate industry preferred Strong
communication and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead or
assist in managing a service-focused team Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Analytical mindset with
attention to detail and data interpretation skills Familiarity with
customer service platforms, CRMs, and productivity tools Interested
