growth! Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a
dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Consulting CNC Programmer
to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for creating and improving CNC programs, ensuring
high-quality machine operations, and contributing to our commitment
to excellence in manufacturing. This role is ideal for a
professional with a strong background in CNC machine operation,
programming, CAD software, blueprint reading, quality control,
machine maintenance, precision measurement, and working with tight
tolerances. If you are a self-starter with a problem-solving
mindset and a passion for precision and quality, we would love to
hear from you. Responsibilities: 1. Develop, test, and optimize CNC
programs using CAD/CAM software to control a range of machine
tools, ensuring the efficient production of parts and assemblies.
2. Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models to
extract necessary parameters for programming. 3. Monitor output to
ensure that designs are produced correctly, adjusting machine
settings or programming as necessary. 4. Perform regular machine
maintenance tasks and troubleshoot common issues. 5. Work closely
with our quality control team to ensure that all products meet our
stringent standards for precision and quality. 6. Train machine
operators and provide technical support to ensure optimal machine
performance. 7. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to
understand product specifications and develop machining strategies
accordingly. 8. Continually seek opportunities to improve
processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste. Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming in a
manufacturing setting. 2. Proficient in CAD/CAM software, with a
strong understanding of machine code and the ability to write and
troubleshoot programs. 3. Excellent knowledge of the operation,
programming, and maintenance of a variety of CNC machines. 4.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical
documentation. 5. Strong knowledge of quality control principles
and precision measurement tools. 6. Experience working with tight
tolerances in a high-volume production environment. 7. Excellent
problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. 8. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a team environment. 9. A degree in mechanical
engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field is
preferred. 10. Relevant certifications (such as CNC Programming
