Mechanical Preconstruction Engineer needed for a well-respected, growing mechanical contractor! Preconstruction Engineer Skills: Ability to create conceptual estimates Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule . Assist in providimg workload forecasting as new projects are secured Client Liaison/Communication Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required. Preconstruction Engineer Qualifications: 2 years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction experience Sales and Estimating experience. Superior interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership abilities.
