Job Description:
A company is looking for a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) System
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provides tailored technical customer operations support
Develops strategies for implementing operational efficiencies by
reviewing workflows and performance
Leads process improvement initiatives and executes customer
operations policies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree
preferred
3+ years of IT or public safety experience
3+ years of experience with Public Safety Applications involving
CAD/Mobile systems
Proven track record with enterprise hardware and software
solutions
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is
required
