Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer
Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage multiple customer accounts
Develop and deliver business plans, including investment cases
Act as the primary point of coordination between local and
corporate resources
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in business development or pre-sales in B2G or
B2B2C environments
Experience leading teams directly or through matrix management
structures
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, particularly
within the B2G sector
P&L ownership or relevant financial exposure within the last 5
years
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in
Excel and PowerPoint
