Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, RelOne Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the daily operations of the RelativityOne
operations team, including performance reviews and employee
training
Assist in budgeting and workflow development to optimize team
performance and service delivery
Monitor requests and ensure timely assignment and completion of
work while driving best practices within the team
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
At least two years of eDiscovery industry experience or three years
of people management experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with monitoring and analyzing productivity and financial
metrics preferred
Previous management experience with technical teams is highly
preferred
Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery technology and the EDRM process,
with RelativityOne experience preferred
