Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure alignment with
business objectives and service level agreements (SLAs)
Bridge communication between technical teams and stakeholders to
enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
Implement IT service strategies and monitor service performance
metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
A degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
work experience
8 - 10 years of end user experience within technology or
healthcare
In-depth knowledge of Cloud, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and cellular
technologies
Project management skills for managing changes and coordinating
assets
Commitment to continual learning of integrated technologies
