Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day client communication and manage performance
reporting for healthcare campaigns
Develop campaign strategies and insights, guiding clients on goals
and performance metrics
Advocate for client needs internally and identify opportunities for
account growth
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge
of operations and compliance
At least 4 years of experience as an Enterprise Client Success
Manager or Project Manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce and
Tableau
Ability to manage multiple client tasks and deadlines
effectively
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently in a remote
environment
