member of the MemorialCare Supply Chain Team. Together Supply Chain
leadership and Program Manager drive key strategic initiatives
related to business operations optimization opportunities and
integration engagement.The Program Manager is expected to work
independently assisting in the management of overall operations,
timelines, key milestones, and resources.Incumbent will be
responsible for program management and business intelligence
reporting.The Program Manager oversees the integration of business
intelligence (BI) tools and strategies into an organization's
operations. This role involves managing data analytics, optimizing
business processes, and ensuring that data-driven insights are
effectively utilized to enhance operational efficiency and
decision-making.They apply knowledge of business, operations, and
applications to recommend solutions.They are accountable for the
success of process improvements, and overall project benefits
realization.Program Manager's function as a key point of user
contact and customer service for their area of
responsibilities.Works with all levels of staff in and outside of
the department, external parties, and others with occasionally high
levels of ambiguity as it relates to issues, technologies, and
organization.Routinely functions as a critical problem solver and
subject-matter-expert.Essential Functions and Responsibilities of
the Job
- Manage assigned strategic initiatives/programs to ensure
achievement of objectives, timelines, key milestones and
deliverables, and overall success.
- Independently develops/improves new and existing
reports/scorecards/dashboards, analyze key data, share findings and
provide recommendations to leadership, business partners &
stakeholders.
- Organizes/leads Health System level committees while working
with departments to define key processes; coordinates with key
stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement
opportunities generating value for the organization.
- Collaborate on data analysis associated with existing computing
systems.
- Educate and trains junior staff related to business,
information systems, systems analysis and program management
through on-the-job instruction and formal training programs.
- Ensure that program deliverables meet quality and business
requirements.
- Manage some or all parts of large and small
projects/assignments, including system/application implementation
using accepted project management techniques and tools, e.g.,
Smartsheet, ServiceNow or other project management tools.May
consult users, management, physicians, vendors, and others
concerning project risks and timelines.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required to react quickly and
positively to new or emergent situations.
- Independently identify and solve business, application, and
technical problems; overcome technical barriers; and effectively
arbitrate technical debates to speed problem resolution and project
completions.
- Directs or participates in the development of programs or other
projects related to the evaluation, selection, implementation and
use of advanced information technology.
- Oversee daily operations: Ensure all systems operate smoothly
and align with quality standards.
- Coordinate teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure all operations comply with internal
and external policies, procedures and regulations.Reviews and
updates policies directly related to area of responsibility.
- Performance tracking: Establish production KPIs and conduct
quality assessments.
- Prioritize and multitask.
- Other duties as assigned.*Placement in the pay range is based
on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years
of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there

Rewards.Minimum RequirementsQualifications/Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years project management/program manager or relevant
experience required; preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Minimum 3 years system analyst or equivalent business
experience.
- High Proficiency in BI Tools: Expertise in tools like Tableau,
Power BI, and SQL for creating reports, dashboards, and
visualizations.
- Proven excellent leadership and relationship management skills,
as well as the ability to manage and motivate direct and indirect
reports
- Experienced working with executive leadership.
- Experienced working in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment.
- Experience in developing/implementing BI tools successfully
with actionable results.
- Successful management of internal & external operational
programs to ensure success and process efficiencies.
- Demonstrated understanding of key areas of the healthcare
supply chain and business operations.
- Demonstrated analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving
skills.
- Proven superior oral and written communication and presentation
skills; able to interact with individuals across all
departments.
- Ability to maintain a high level of
confidentiality.Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Intelligence,
or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, or
Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) preferred.
