A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Advisory
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Direct staff in analytics and proposal development to support sales
and client business development
Manage team performance, budget, and compliance with policies and
regulations
Collaborate across departments to enhance proposal effectiveness
and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
Administration, Marketing, or English; Master's Degree
preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in proposal development or sales
support within a managed care organization
At least 7 years of management experience, preferably in a sales
proposal environment
Knowledge of RFP language and the company's products and market
trends
Familiarity with databases like GeoAccess is desired
