Job Description:
A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and process provider transactions according to plan
provisions
Follow customer-defined policies and procedures while securing PHI
information
Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and identify
opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in healthcare processing, preferably in
Provider Data Management
3+ years of experience using Windows PC applications and web-based
applications
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel,
Word)
Ability to type at least 40 WPM
