Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions
Serve as a key financial partner to the executive team and support
strategic M&A initiatives
Manage financial reporting and data demands from private equity
sponsors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related
field
10+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience,
including senior leadership roles
Experience in the AEC industry or related project-based services
environment is a plus
Experience working with private equity sponsors and managing
reporting for sponsor-driven transactions
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or equivalent
budgeting/forecasting platforms
