Key Accountabilities
--- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
--- Day to day operational duties in full-service restaurant.
--- Must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
General Requirements
--- Strong communication skills
--- Knowledge of hotel features and benefits
--- Possess a sound knowledge of food and beverage with a strong understanding of restaurant management policies and execution of standards
--- Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
