Looking for a lead Physical Therapist to join us at Ideal Therapy in Covina, CA 91723 Outpatient Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum California State licensure as a Physical Therapist Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to adapt and learn Outpatient Physical Therapist (Outpatient PT) Responsibilities & Duties: Conduct initial patient assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Utilize various physical therapy techniques and equipment. Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
