A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist
customers
Gather and review patient billing and medical information while
ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines
Utilize computer skills for data entry and operate dual monitors
effectively
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of recent call center experience
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must reside in Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive work attitude
