Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to manage
legal operations and regulatory strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and standardize legal templates, manage legal workstreams,
and address urgent risks
Develop compliance and regulatory baselines, including tracking
state and federal regulations
Lead the rollout of legal systems, including contract management
and governance practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of legal experience in healthcare law, regulatory
compliance, and commercial contracting
Experience with MSO and PC structures and drafting related
agreements
Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding telehealth and
corporate practice of medicine
Proven ability to create contract systems and risk processes
Experience in digital health or the MedSpa industry is a plus
