Dermatology Opportunity - Southern California Join one of Southern California's fastest-growing Independent Physician Associations, offering a supportive, exciting, and team-oriented work environment. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to provide medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology in a high-volume outpatient setting. Position Details: Full-time opportunity with flexible hours and excellent work/life balance Mix of general dermatology, minor surgery, and cosmetics High-volume practice: patients per day Autonomy to practice at your comfort level Collegial clinic culture without administrative burden Practice across 2 outpatient clinic locations Responsibilities: Provide general and surgical dermatology care Participate in community outreach and patient/staff education Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives Assist with updates to clinical protocols and standards of practice Supervise Advanced Practice Clinicians (PAs and NPs) as assigned Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary: $385,000 $415,000 annually (DOE) Bonus potential from cosmetic services Sign-on bonus available 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance FSA, income protection, EAP, and behavioral health support Malpractice and tail coverage provided CME time and reimbursement (including license renewal and mileage) Generous PTO, paid sick days, holidays, and time off for CME Tuition reimbursement and referral bonuses Business-casual work environment and company events Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Current, unrestricted California medical license Active, unrestricted DEA certification
