limitless growth potential. Minimum Qualifications Valid dental
hygienist license in Minnesota and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s
degree in dental hygiene (as required). Strong understanding of
dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and
medical history documentation. Current CPR Certification. Preferred
Experience Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners,
digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems. Willingness
to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient
needs and provide preventative care. Ability to address clinical
needs as required by the office. New graduates are encouraged to
apply! Physical Requirements Capability to perform essential duties
as determined by the office/doctor with or without reasonable
accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift
and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally. Willingness to attend
virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the
year. To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team
members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all
new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be
completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made
during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida
