Advocate II (Remote/On-Site) Job Type: Temp to Hire Schedule: Full
time (40 hrs per week), standard 8am-5pm PST Hourly Rate:
$20-$25/hr depending on experience Duties: Role will require heavy
patient engagement involving reaching out via phone or messaging
methods. Duties can include coordinating care for patients, sending
messages, requesting referral information, reviewing records, etc.
Role will be primarily remote but the candidate needs to be local
as there may be some onsite needs. Education:- Bachelor’s degree
(Healthcare area of study is preferred) OR 3-5 years in a
healthcare system environment. Preferred Certifications &
Licensure: -Certification as a Medical Assistant by an accredited
program. -Licensed Vocational Nurse by an accredited program. -BLS
