Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

Occupational Therapist is sought to provide essential therapeutic
services within an educational setting located in Wilmington, DE.
This position involves working with school-aged children to support
their development and optimize their ability to participate fully
in school activities. The role requires travel between schools,
offering varied and engaging work environments. Key
Responsibilities: Assess students physical, sensory, and cognitive
abilities to develop tailored intervention plans. Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to integrate
therapy goals within the classroom. Implement therapeutic
activities that enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and
functional independence. Monitor and document student progress,
adjusting treatments as needed to meet evolving needs. Travel to
multiple school locations within the assigned area to deliver
on-site services. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid
Occupational Therapy license appropriate for practice within the
state. Experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably
within school settings. Strong communication and collaboration
skills to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Ability
to manage caseloads independently and efficiently. Flexibility and
willingness to travel between various school sites. Location:
Wilmington, Delaware, with travel to nearby schools as required.
