Job Description:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER On Site Our client is a specialty
pharmacy focused on excellence in patient care — and they are
seeking a Human Resources Manager On Site to lead and strengthen
their people operations. This is a full time hands-on leadership
role responsible for shaping Human Resources strategy, ensuring
compliance, and supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and
high performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee all core Human
Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee
relations, performance management, compliance, and HRIS
administration Provide guidance and coaching to managers on
discipline, documentation, and performance improvement Ensure
compliance with federal, state (California), and local employment
laws Develop and manage HR programs and initiatives that align with
business goals Partner with leadership to enhance employee
engagement, retention, and development Administer and track
compliance trainings, annual renewals, and policy updates Maintain
accurate personnel records and manage document workflows in UKG
Ready (or similar HRIS) Skills and Requirements 5 plus years of
progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR
management role Minimum 2 years of experience leading an HR team
Strong working knowledge of California employment law Experience in
healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments strongly preferred
Proficient in HRIS platforms (UKG Ready experience is a plus)
Excellent communication, coaching, and documentation skills Ability
to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion,
and urgency Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or
related field (HR certification a plus) What is being Offered
