Job Description Job Description Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our hospice program. The DPCS is responsible for ensuring high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care for patients and families while maintaining regulatory compliance and staff development. Responsibilities: Supervise and support hospice nurses, team managers, and on-call staff. Oversee admissions to ensure eligibility and appropriateness of care. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs for hospice care. Advocate for patients and families, ensuring compassionate, patient-centered service. Mentor and train clinical staff, ensuring compliance with hospice regulations. Qualifications: Current RN license with BSN or higher (Master’s preferred). 5 years of nursing experience, including at least 3 years in hospice and 1 year in leadership. Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance, and patient care planning.
