Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employment and Corporate
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on employment law matters and manage disputes
and litigation
Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements and policies for
legal compliance
Support the commercial legal team with technology-related
agreements and assist with corporate legal matters
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar of at least one US state
Minimum of seven years of post-graduation legal experience focused
on employment law
Experience in drafting and negotiating employment agreements and
managing disputes
Familiarity with technology commercial agreements and international
employment law is preferred
