Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its banking
and fund activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiation and execution of legal agreements for fund
investments and assess new fund opportunities
Act as the legal point of contact with the external investment
manager and support fund governance
Review and advise on fund documentation, ensuring compliance with
legal and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years PQE as a qualified lawyer with experience in financial
services, investment funds, or fintech
UK qualified solicitor or equivalent, with in-house counsel
experience preferred
Solid understanding of investment fund documentation and
derivatives regulations
Experience in navigating fast-paced environments and collaborating
across functions
Ability to work independently on high-impact projects with a
solutions-oriented mindset
