Labor Defense Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. This

will have a strong background in either general liability or labor

you. Job Details We are seeking a seasoned Permanent General
Liability Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers
a unique opportunity to work on a variety of legal issues related
to general liability defense, products liability, labor and
employment defense, and more. The successful candidate will have a
strong background in litigation, with a focus on general liability
defense. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing

environment. Responsibilities: 1. Provide legal representation and
advice on a variety of labor and employment matters, including but
not limited to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment,
retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other employment-related
issues. 2. Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery,
depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial. 3.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings,
motions, briefs, and agreements. 4. Provide general liability
defense in a variety of contexts, including premises liability,
product liability, and personal injury. 5. Develop and implement
legal strategies in accordance with client goals and objectives. 6.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local
employment laws and regulations. 7. Provide training and guidance
to clients on labor and employment law issues to minimize legal
risks. 8. Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys,
paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of
high-quality legal services. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate
degree from an accredited law school. 2. Must be a member in good
standing with the state bar. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in
general liability defense. 4. Proven track record of successfully
litigating cases, including trial experience. 5. Strong legal
research and writing skills. 6. Exceptional communication and
negotiation skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple cases and
projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. 9. Excellent
problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 10.
Proficiency in using legal software and technology. This role is an
