organization. Job Details We are a leading law firm seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to
join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual
who is passionate about the legal industry and is looking for a
challenging and rewarding career. As a Permanent Associate
Attorney, you will work with a team of legal professionals to
provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on
various legal matters related to employment law, civil defense
litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials,
and appeals. Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal
proceedings and provide legal opinions. Draft legal documents,
including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts. Negotiate
settlements and agreements on behalf of clients. Attend
depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as required. Manage and
prioritize multiple cases and projects simultaneously. Build and
maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law
school. Active license to practice law in the state. Minimum of 3
years of experience in employment law, civil defense litigation,
labor and employment law, immigration, and OSHA. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral
communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of
a team. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability
to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and cases simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain
