Attorney – Commercial Transactions Location: Newport Beach, CA
Type: Full-Time | On-Site with Flexibility Our firm is seeking a
talented and motivated Real Estate Associate Attorney with a strong
focus on commercial real estate transactions. This is an
exceptional opportunity for a mid-level attorney who is looking to
expand their practice and work alongside some of the region’s most
respected legal professionals at one of Orange County’s leading
boutique firms. What You’ll Do: Handle a wide range of
sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including
acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements for a
diverse client base including institutional investors, developers,
and entrepreneurial ventures Conduct thorough due diligence, and
advise clients on matters related to title, land use, environmental
issues, zoning, and risk mitigation Collaborate closely with
partners and clients on high-value projects involving office,
retail, mixed-use, industrial, and multifamily properties Provide
practical, business-minded legal guidance that supports client
objectives and maintains the firm’s reputation for excellence,
responsiveness, and precision Ideal Candidate Profile: 5 years of
experience in commercial real estate transactions, with a strong
grasp of California real estate law and market dynamics
Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex transactions
independently, with minimal supervision Exceptional skills in
drafting, negotiation, and client communication Proactive,
detail-oriented, and commercially savvy, with a strong sense of
client service A portable book of business is a plus, though not
required for the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential
