Members.Visual Communications SpecialistThe ideal candidate will
have a proven track record of creating visually stunning and
effective designs for both print and digital platforms. This role
requires a deep understanding of brand identity, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly
with cross-functional teams. Skills in 3D rendering preferred or a
willingness to learn.Visual Communications:Transform data
information into visuals by utilizing Design & Prototype
applications Illustrator, Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, In
Design, etc.Create and maintain library of assets that will
effectively communicate and highlight the manufacturing network
performance. Create metaphors from data to drive visual
communications.Collaborate with the Reporting and Analytics team to
prioritize information to be shared with leadership.Establish and
maintain effective team relationships across departments and foster
new communication pathways.Champion and disseminate a centralized
narrative throughout all levels of the organization.Participate in
ongoing education to learn new products for implementing new
techniques and trends.Package Design and 3D
Rendering:Conceptualize, design, and execute packaging solutions
that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate
product messaging for both Niagara brand and private label
customers.Demonstrate collaboration and project management skills
via partnership with product development, engineering, sales, and
compliance teams to understand packaging requirements, federal
regulations and to deliver compelling designs.Marketing
Materials:Create marketing materials and presentations to elevate
our overall design strategy.Actively participate in brainstorming
sessions and contribute to the creative direction of marketing
campaigns.Support a team of Canva Users by creating new graphics
and templates.Web Design and Maintenance:Assist with website
maintenance, ensuring content remains current, and troubleshooting
any issues that may arise.Lead the design and development of
visually stunning and user-friendly websites that align with our
brand identity and engage online visitors.Brand
Consistency:Maintain a consistent visual identity across all design
elements, including packaging, marketing materials, web design and
more.Assist with initiatives to promote brand consistency and
messaging across our large network of manufacturing
facilities.Project Management:Successfully manage multiple design
projects concurrently.Adhere to deadlines and uphold high-quality
standards in all design deliverables.Qualifications:A degree in
Graphic Design is preferred, although candidates with a strong
portfolio will also be considered.Proven experience as a Graphic
Designer for at least 2 years. Experience in package design, 3D
rendering, and web design preferred.Strong portfolio showcasing
excellent graphic design, 3D renderings, packaging designs, and web
creations.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator,
Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office. Experience with Adobe
substance 3D suite (primarily Stager) a plus.Other web-based
software includes Wordpress, Elementor, Canva, Vyond for design and
Oracle/Agile for project life-cycle management.Solid understanding
of UX/UI principles for web design.Excellent communication and
collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
