Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Patient Support Nurse
(Spanish Bi-Lingual).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact for patients and caregivers,
providing information and education on ALS and related
resources
Facilitate warm transfers to program stakeholders for inquiries
outside the role's remit
Ensure adherence to training deadlines and follow all standard
operating procedures consistently
Required Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year of clinical
experience in inpatient or outpatient settings
Experience with Parkinson's Disease, neurodegenerative disorders,
or movement disorders is necessary
Preferred experience working with medical devices and/or pumps
Ability to maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity
Experience with motivational interviewing techniques is a plus
