Job Description:
A company is looking for a Release of Information HIM Rep 2.
Key Responsibilities
Answers patient, provider, and third-party phone calls, providing
exceptional customer service and accurate information
Processes verbal and written requests for medical records, ensuring
compliance with policies and regulations
Retrieves and distributes patient health records and assists
external care providers with electronic access as needed
Required Qualifications
A.A./A.S. in Health Information Management or related field, or
equivalent experience
Two years of experience in a health information management
department or related field
Two years in Health Information Management, medical office, or
comparable work experience or education
Working knowledge of EHR systems
