Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Principal Statistician for a
permanent remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop protocols, including study design, sample size calculation,
and statistical analysis plans for assigned studies
Provide statistical oversight to ensure quality and consistency
with project requirements
Mentor peers in statistical methodology and manage activities of
statisticians across projects
Required Qualifications
MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field; PhD
with 5-6 years or MS with 7-8 years of experience
Strong experience in Oncology therapeutic area
Experience in pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry with
clinical trials
Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations and drug development
processes
Experience interacting with regulatory agencies, especially the
FDA
