Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medicare Engagement Specialist to
join their Member Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage eligible members through telephonic outreach and present an
overview of Medicare programming
Guide members through the enrollment process and coordinate next
steps post-enrollment
Collaborate with Medicare Coaches and Operations Coordinators to
ensure a seamless member experience
Qualifications:
2-3 years in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably in
healthcare or social services
Experience with telephonic outreach and comfort in initiating
conversations with new members
Empathy-driven mindset with the ability to engage older adults and
their caregivers
Familiarity with Medicare and health benefits navigation is a
plus
Highly organized and tech-savvy, with experience using digital
tools and internal systems
