Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Spatial Data Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize CAD and design/space technology software to support space,
occupancy, and utilization data
Maintain current drawings and generate relevant space reports
regularly
Serve as the central point of contact for space technology
solutions within the client environment
Required Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space
Planning, Space Data Management, or Data Analytics preferred
Zero to three years of experience in a corporate real estate
environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite software applications
Strong understanding of drafting techniques and construction
terminology
Experience with computer-assisted design/drafting (e.g., CAD)
software
