A company is looking for a Service Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research analysis to extract service data and create
insights and design opportunities
Lead stakeholders through service design workshops and
independently scope activities and deliverables
Create high-fidelity service prototypes and effectively communicate
strategic opportunities to senior leaders
Required Qualifications
6+ years of progressive design experience
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or equivalent
discipline
Strong business and financial services acumen
Experience with human-centered frameworks and workshop
facilitation
Ability to connect processes and activities across business
areas
