Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator 4.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach calls to schedule patients for healthcare
appointments
Assist patients with pre and post-visit support needs and document
interactions in a CRM or EMR
Coordinate with field and clinical teams to provide care and
maintain proper unit documentation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Fluency in English
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
