Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Designer - Digital UI/UX.
Key Responsibilities
Define and champion a user-centered design philosophy across the
organization
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to
communicate design concepts
Optimize e-commerce and subscription funnels to drive conversion
and revenue growth
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven ability to design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces
for e-commerce and web/mobile applications
Solid understanding and practical experience in service design or
customer journey mapping
Deep expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user
onboarding strategies
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a
related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
10+ years of overall experience, with 5-7+ years in product, UI,
and UX design, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS subscription
models
